  • 150g mlevenih lanenih semenki
  • 50g mlevenih semenki bundeve
  • 2 kašike chia semenki
  • kašičica sode bikarbone
  • kašičica soli
  • kašika maslinovog ulja

Pripema:

Sjediniti sve sastojke i dobro izmešati mikserom.

Rasporediti u kalup za hleb preko koga se nalazi pek papir.

Peći u rerni na 160 stepeni oko sat vremena.
